EQUIPPING COACHES TO LEAD MEN.
The AzFCA is making great strides to become the model coaching association in the nation. Under the direction of current President Jeff Bowen and founding member Mike Brown, the AzFCA elected Lee Brush as its first Executive Director in January of 2008.
The Board of Directors introduced their revised mission and vision to its members during the 2008 Spring Coaching Clinic. In the months and years to come, the AzFCA plans to be at the forefront of the coaching profession by providing the most compressive services available to high school coaches and players. The first step in this journey was taken in July 2008 as the AzFCA officially separated from the Arizona Coaches Association (ACA).
The separation from the ACA was voted on in January of 2008 in an attempt to focus its services and provide a clear direction. The AzFCA will continue to assist and support the ACA in its attempt to unite all coaches in Arizona.
